The common room.

The structure, besides the rooms, has a common room, with tables, chairs and ottomans. Those who wish can prepare a coffee or herbal tea in the dedicated corner in the morning. A minibar in common with the three rooms is available to our guests.

The breakfast.

You can enjoy a good Italian breakfast (included in the price) at the “bar degli Specchi” two hundred meters from the hotel. Breakfast consists of: a simple / stuffed croissant or a slice of cake, a cappuccino or tea or a coffee or fruit juice.

The panoramic terrace.

The structure is completed by our panoramic terrace on Frascati. The terrace with its view of the roofs of the city and a part of Rome becomes the real protagonist of the living room. The furniture consists of black iron tables, black iron chairs, an iron table and marble base, two stone benches, deck chairs and umbrellas. The panoramic terrace on Frascati is a corner suspended in the clouds. A place to pamper yourself or in company with a coffee or a glass of wine, whether it is a vacation or a business trip. If it is cold or raining on the terrace there is the relaxing lounge, a space furnished with pallets, sofa cushions and throws, with a large panoramic window.
